Offer a Points Program

So they’re not miles, per se, but many businesses offer a deal where for every dollar spent, the customer earns one point. Allow your customers to redeem their points at any time. For example, 300 points gets them a $25 gift certificate. And 10,000 points can get them an in-home catered meal!

The beauty of this promotion is that people are always going to dine out anyway, but if they can get value added to their experience they’ll choose your business. It also lets them know they’re appreciated and the novel idea will seperate you from the competition.
